Is it terrorism to use criminal means to achieve a desired end without harming innocent people?

    The mark of a terrorist is indifference to innocent lives being lost. In order for a person to be a terrorist, they must not have a problem with murdering innocent people to achieve their goals. If someone or a group uses violence to achieve a desired objective but does not resort to harming the innocent, that makes them much less bad than terrorists.

  • A definition along with a sea of dozens.

    Terrorism has no real definition or meaning. Just like freedom, the word only sets a mood but nobody really knows it's meaning. Terrorism is just a word that sets a negative mood without a definite meaning. Achieving goals without harming innocent people using criminal means couldn't be terrorism because terrorism has no meaning.
