  • Justice delayed is truly justice denied.

What if an innocent is sentenced to jail for a crime? And the time is for 20 years. His whole life would be wasted though he does not deserve this kind of punishment which is equivalent to losing his life.
If he is given justice at the right time, Only then he feels like he has been given justice

  • Justice delayed is as good as justice denied!

Judiciary is an important pillar of the Indian democracy and justice delayed is justice denied. With about 3. 8 crore cases still pending in courts over the last decade, The victims are getting demoralized and more of criminals are encouraged due to the slow justice system. The need of the hour is to appoint more judges in the courts of IndiaWhen timely justice is not ensured to the people of a nation, They start losing faith in the democracy. The Indian democracy must live up to the name of being one of the largest democracies of the world by ensuring a fair judicial system

  • Justice delayed is as good as justice denied.

It is because in india the number of courts and judges are far more less than the number of cases. In india most judges in district courts are lazy they just sit on the chair lazing around stating that there is a lack of evidences. Its just an excuse for them to laze around that "leaving ten criminals is better than punishing one innocent". And because of this saying they think that every culprit is innocent
because there is no evidence to prove them guilty and by the timie the victim gets justice its tooo late. Even so much money has to be spent by the victim to get justice and in india since one case takes as much time as 2-3 years who has the time and patience to spend so much money and to wait for getting justice. Hence i conclude my saying with the statement that justice delayed is as good as justice denied.

  • Justice cannot be delayed

If justice is not carried out in time, Then even if it is carried out later, There has been a time when there has been no justice.
Justice is the backbone of a happy and progressive society, Hence it cannot be denied. If someone delays something as important as justice, They ultimately are denying justice

  • Delay can mean damage and suffering.

My granddaughter was seized by an unrelated couple with the aid of a court order they lied to get. The hearing about returning her was to
have been today, four and a half months after the injury. Today it was
postponed another two months. Long time for a 2-year-old, and mother.

  • YES If justice is delayed it is denied.

If a person is sent to jail without a trail and after 4 years the supreme court says that the person is innocent and should be released the court court could not give back his lost reputation time and money spent for his trail also the compensation would not be enough. People would gossip about the person and through this article 21 i.E right to life is been voilated. Now what will the government do to protect his fundamental right

  • Justice delayed too long is justice denied.

A few weaks of delayed action may help in finding more evidence and may help in the cases but I believe delaying it for a long time is not wise.

During this time period many important proofs and evidences may get lossed or may be cleared off by the guilty. The guilty may also bribe or blackmail others onto his side. During this time the innocent may also go throught mental trauma and may be shunted by the society. This may lead to them breaking down and not doing well in the court. Delaying the action may also affect the innocent's life in a bad way.

  • Justice delayed too long is justice denied.

A few weeks of delayed action may help in finding more evidences and may help in the case but I believe delaying it for a long time is not wise.

During this time period many important proofs and evidences may get lost or may be cleared off by the guilty. The guilty may also bribe the judges and lawyers or blackmail others onto his side. During this time the innocent may also go through mental trauma and may be shunted by the society. This may lead to them breaking down and not doing well in the final listening. Delaying the action may also effect the innocent's life in a bad way.

  • It discourages people to fight for what is right and helps the criminals get away!

For progress of a society its important that people can stand up for what is right and they have a backing for the same... Lets consider case of Salman Khan... Often delay is justice makes it difficult for the party to prove the guilt and many witnesses dies during the process...

  • Justice delayed is justice denied

This is so because procastination of justice can lead to loss of substantial evidence which could lead to serious injustice on the part of the court. During the period of waiting, the criminal could escape with the evidence or derive time from the period of waiting to bribe the lawyers and judges especially if the criminal in question is rich and the injured is poor. This can lead to denial of justice and in some cases the imprisonment and killing of innocent people. It can also increase the social ills in the society

  • Justice is not delayed

Justice delayed is *not * justice denied. It’s not always that “Justice delayed is justice denied”. And obviously, When we name it and label it, We want to make a rule out of it which is wrong. Just in case that the victim(s) suffer trauma(s) or should take care of urgent matter(s) might prevent them to seek legal redress immediately but it should not deprive them of their rights and make them “legal denied” and all of these arguments would be subjective.
As it is said that 100 criminals can be released but 1 innocent should not be punished. We people are so busy that we want everything instantly even justice too. But all the processes takes time, Guilty can even buy the witnesses and a wrong person can be punished. So it does not mean that justice delayed is justice denied

  • Justice hurried is justice buried!

IF "JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED"then"JUSTICE HURRIED IS JUSTICE BURIED". Justice is almost a natural process which takes time In its completion like other natural actions that happen simultaneously.
Moreover, The delayed process of delivering justice is the sign of its perfection and transparency. Any hesitation in its process leads it to the half-backed way of imperfection and injustice because tracing the truth is a long way to discover.

  • Justice delayed is not justice denied.

The delaying of justice is the sign of its perfection and transparency. For the justice to be perfect it has to be delayed. What if in getting quick justice an innocent gets punished ? Nobody is goona return his/her lost reputation, money or time. That's why it is so .

  • It's a dependent clause which contains required evidence.

It never mean justice delayed is justice denied. One thing is very common that we should not take decision in a hurry, in words we called it heck make waste. Sometimes presented data might be wrong so investigation is necessary to make a strong verdict .The decision should be declared within limited time.

  • Justice delayed is not justice denied....

Because some times it is possible that there are no proper evidences against the guilty person or there is no witness in favour of the person who has suffered for the court processes to proceed. And it is not appropriate to take a decision in hurry without proper evidences as any innocent person should not suffer.....

  • Justice delayed is *not * justice denied.

It’s not always that “Justice delayed is justice denied”. And obviously, when we name it and label it, we want to make a rule out of it which is wrong. • Late in justice is justice denied because which creates. Lot of problems .

If labour has not given his wages before drying his sweat it means you did injustices with him ,why more poor people are involved in the worst activity ,crimes etc because late in justice ,they are awaited for their adequate rights but late in justice compel them to do so.

  • Justice delayed is not justice denied

....... It is so bcoz it is common and obvious dat in such a big and a large country every thing should be done in a proper way.....Morever everyone knows dat INDIA is a country which offers a culprit to fight in the court....Thus to checkout dat the decission taken is right and does not hampers natoinal integrity . To carry out this process nd checkout dat it is right or wrong it takes quite a long time....

  • Justice delayed can never be justice denied, both statements proove each other wrong.

Justice delayed means you've got it but a little later after a span of time whereas justice denied means you didn't have got it. If we add bot the statements together both prove each other contradictory because when we add them it says you've got justice a little later but you didn't got justice. For example- you've ordered a pizza, you've got it after a long period of time than give but you didn't got the pizza. That sound so funny just like this wrong statement justice delayed is justice denied.
