  • Malala is a hero!!

Uuuu duu Malala is a hero. She fought for women's right's and that's important. If you think not then you're obviously not seeing all the facts! So face the facts sextis.
She's been standing up in the face of danger since she was 9. 9!
She gives insprashnel speeches to girl all over the world. This is not an opinion its fact .
And hey remember all the obstacles she's been through hummm oh heres one for an example SHE GOT SHOT IN THE HEAD WITH A GUN!!!

  • Malala Yousafzai was a hero

She fought for girls to be able to go to school. After she got shot she still kept on speaking out against the taliban not letting girls go to school. She fought for what she thought was right. Despite the death threats from the taliban she would not stop speaking out against the taliban.

  • She is a hero

Malala isn't a terrorist, because she stood up for the rights of women in Pakistan, she got shot in the head and throat but she still stood up and inspired many people and she went up against her own government and inspired him to give up and let women have their rights

  • No she isn't my hero and here's why...

In my opinion she isn't my hero because she hide if fear and yes maybe she got shot and stand up for women's right to have education, but she always hide in fear while others need to help. She's just a normal teenage girl who just said what was on her mind and didn't doing anything to help change what was going on and she just say some words, that may of changed the way people saw thing but other than that, some words just slipped out of her mouth.

  • OHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I think so...

She took a bullet for education and has stood up for women's rights in and peacefull way, sure she took the bullet and ran but before that she actually helped out and she has inspired me, and made her own school for little girls who need education. Can learn, and thrive

  • Malala is a hero

Malala is a leader in what she does and i am proud that she is a girl that stood up for what was going on. She wanted to be that hero and i want others to see that. Through out the shooting that went on she still have an inspiration to ever one of the girls in pakistan

  • Yes she's a hero

Malala was a hero. I know that some people would argue to disagree, but this is my opinion not their's so back off! She stood up for what she believed in and spoke out against the taliban. Do you know what happened next??? She got shot, but that didn't stop her! She continued to speak out and even spoke to the United Nations! I support her, for taking action towards the taliban.

  • Not in my opinion

Yeh it's great she stood up for what she believed in and she figured for an education which a girl shoukd be aloud and that really great and I'm in awe of her bravery for such a young kid but she got shot in the head and left.Think about all the other girls still in the same situation as Malala. There still living in fear. But she is over in England (I think not too sure) living a great life.I think she just got lucky. That could have been any girl over there.

  • Damn straight she is

Many children around the world aren’t having the privilege to go to school. Be it because of their race, gender, sexuality. People all over the world are treated differently because of who they are as people and this statement shows that unless all people are treated with the same rights and privileges. Malala fought for her right, as she fought for the right of so many children around the world.

  • She is fighting for a very real issue

She recognizes the issue. Sexism in Pakistan. A lot of people in Pakistan believe that a womans place is in the kitchen, when there are clearly so many successful women that are actually better people than all the sexist people that believe that. Call me a feminist but i consider that a compliment. She is a hero because she has faced so many obstacles and has perservered and continued to fight for what she believes in. When she won the Nobel Peace Prize she donated all her prize money too the Malala Fund, which is working on many projects such as making it easier for married girls to get an education, helping syrian refugees get an education, helping low income girls in Kenya get better 21st century jobs.

  • Malala isn't a hero.

She didn't do jack, she just can't take bullets to the head. She got lucky, and I think that she isn't a hero. She's just a woman who got herself away from the stove and decided to get an "education", even though she's a woman and can't do anything productive. Not a hero. Probably just had daddy issues and decided to be rebellious

  • Idk shes just not my hero

All she did was go to school and get shot for it people get shot all the time are they heroes? NO. Laws are passed every day just like they were passed when she did it. She did nothing absolute nothing. Malala is not a hero she did nothing therefore she isnt a hero

  • Accidental not Intentional Hero

What happened to her was accidental..There were other girls who were going to school even after the taliban threat...So why not them? Only coz she got shot? Getting shot was not a choice...(its sad that anybody gets shot) she is not working where she's needed the most. Kailash satyarthy worked in an environment of threat..She has moved on from where she faced threat! Telling obama to send pens and books and not drones is no big deal...A guy who asked obama at a bookshop to close Guantanamo should be awarded too?

  • Would I be a hero if I got shot in the face?

I think her heroism is coincidental. What she went through is horrible, no doubt, but I don't think she is a hero deserving of a nobel prize, film, interviews and all that attention she has been getting. I do think that she is repeating her message because she sees that she profits from it.

  • NO.She isn't a Hero.

There is nothing remarkable that this girl has done. She just got shot in the head and she was privileged enough to get treated and lucky enough to survive. There are many children out there who despite being threatened to be killed are fighting for themselves and their families. They are the real heroes. Unlike malala, they haven't fled from their countries looking for security or publicity.
