  • China brazil india

The us has been a super power for the last century along with britain because they went through their industrial revolutions earlier than most. And the us dominated the last century mostly because they were in control of the energy(oil) early on and that gave them money which they are still riding on today. But as brazil, china, india go through their "revolutions" so to speak they are taking all of the industrial and labour jobs from americans. With their massive populations they will soon pick up a pace to which the us cant compete with. The US has to change from working class to a technology powershouse and with the state of things in the US, with the amount of people who have come to expect the status quo, I dont see them making that transformation. And as renewable energy picks up speed( as it will) the worlds reliance on oil will decrease and the power will shift to those who control energy. The states is already behind when it comes to renewables and like i said with the state of the US today i dont see them being able to invest in the technology anytime soon

  • US Social Decline

I think the US will become a 2nd world country, if it isn't already. It's sad we have so many problems like our schools, infrastructure, outrageous health care costs, high tuition costs, the militarization of the police (police state), gun violence/mass shootings, highest incarceration rate in the world, water crises (nobody really talks about; 63 million americans are exposed to unsafe drinking water), homelessness and 45 million people on foodstamps.

  • Government Leads to Socialism

The USA is broke. Both the republican and democrat party are the same...Spend, spend, and spend...Take control of the people’s money along with health care: then our government has full control of the republic. Socialism is here in America and growing everyday. People who want free government handouts don't understand how it erodes our country from the inside out. I feel bad for all the warriors of past wars that gave us and many other countries their freedom, by sacrificing their lives, health and mental state to live free. When the deck of cards finally fall upon our great nation. Don't worry all of the great leaders in the political circle will come through unscathed. While the hard working people of America get the shaft. Don't believe what I write look at other countries: People in government live lavish while their people suffer and starve. I think the train is to far down the tracks to be saved...But I hope everyday I'm wrong. God Bless America

  • The country is in a down fall. Morals and society change and those wanting to see the U.S. go down,

In years to come such as 25 to 30 years, the U.S. will be like other low life countries...We will be slums and people determined to change all that is right and good...It will be very dangerous to live in the U.S. in years to come....The U.S. is on its way down,

  • Beware of the jew

I know this may sound Anit-semetic, but the jews have been pusing down this path of multi-cultrualism ever since the collapse of the third reich they have been blaming the white aryan race for the troubles of the world they control the media, hollywood which is their main propaganda platform. Whites be proud don´t be ashmed

  • Social and economic ties are failing

Differing social values, and economic rifts have decimated the core values held true of previous generations. Greed, acquisition of wealth and self gratification have become the driving force behind the changes we observe today. Religion, racism, and social pressure continue to fuel these changes. The mass influx of other cultures has both enriched the U.S. and diluted it's core values. We have lost our sense of self. The obvious question is who and what will we be when the dust settles.

  • Past the point of no return.

For the past Sixty years or so, our political leadership have been self centered, greedy and corrupt, thinking only of the next election cycle.
Our electorite marches into their voting booth ignorant of what or whom they're voting for or the long term effect.
Our financial system is nothing more than a currency printing Ponzi scheme planned and doomed to collapse by those put in charge of an institution called the Fed.
America's education system is breeding Progressive thinking Liberals
Like Maggots feeding on the diseased flesh of our Republic.
Our American system of bringing news to it's people has become
Biased and politicized with a Dearth of Journalistic integrity bred from our education system.
America's immigration system seeks to bring in those which want a better life and willing to assimilate into American society but also allows those immigrants which scam and take advantage of our system
    And want to kill us.
Our Political elite push Multiculturalism down our throats ignorant of the fact that many will never assimilate but will try to change America
Into the same stench emanating holes they came from.

  • United States has debts twice the rate of its income

The Federal government is in highly deficit state any time its banking system may collapse and the whole economy will collapse with it . Maybe the Federal government will see its end just like the end of the Soviet Union. The most fearful thing is that who will be left to maintain order in the world

  • No and anybody who thinks is exaggerating the problems of the US.

Causes of collapse (not in order of severity):
    1. Civil unrest.
    2. Breakdown of Law and Order.
    3. Hyperinflation of the money supply.
    4. Severe demographic decline.
    5. Severe economic decline.
    6. Economic stagnation, a lack of innovation.
    7. Social breakdown.
    8. High unemployment.
    9. Financial crisis.
The list could be extended significantly but I will not go further. The problem with Civil Unrest is what should qualify; peaceful protests are one thing but riots are another, on the whole there is not a breakdown but an ongoing debate over the path forward. Inflation of the money supply is stubbornly slow right now. We are not experiencing a demographic decline but a demographic shift, deal with it. Our economy is growing right now, unlike the EU's. The US economy is one the most innovative economies in the world. There is not a social breakdown but a social revolution via the social networking sites online. Unemployment is high compared to economic boom times, 4.5% to 5.5%, compared to now, 7.6% but not as high as in say Greece or anywhere in the EU suffering from austerity. There is no financial crisis now, that's passed. By and large the US is doing pretty good, except for politics, STOP BELIEVING IN CONSPIRACY THEORIES.

  • As bad as our government is, we are far from collapsing

We seem to be on a slope down from where we used to be as a nation but we are still a union, we still have a system in place, and we still have the Constitution. There would be clear signs of our country collapsing if it was occurring but it isn't, we aren't even close to collapsing

  • Its All Good! Isn't it????

Just because you're government is corrupt and the banks are ripping you off each day, does not mean much. Unfunded liabilities of 240 trillion dollars? That's no problem! 47 million Americans on Welfare? Hey that's swell, who needs a job? Numerous countries rejecting the american dollar as a medium of exchange? No big deal! War raging on in the middleast? Send John Kerry, he will get it done, Yes sir he will! Combine these realities together and you have Guaranteed Collapse of America!!

  • The United States is not on the verge of collapsing because right now the USD is the backing currency for most things in the world.

The matter is the United States is still doing very well in comparison with a lot of the world, and It can continually produce more currency and raise the debt ceiling. Many things in the world are backed by USD cementing the United States as the monetary backer of most things which means its importance and economy is also cemented. Jobs are mostly just being phased out in favor of being replaced by technology, and there is a rising amount of people thanks to the positive birth rate, of course it will be more tough to get a job, and isn't exactly a sign of collapse.
