Now that we have reached the 21st Century, is it OK to litter?

  • Why should we care?

Poor turtles (no one cares about them). Just by the way, littering is not killing every single animal as humans have been doing it for as long as they have existed, and there is still animals around. As for the garbage truck workers, they are better off because they have less to do.

  • We should not litter

Littering is horrible and if you like turtles and you litter you are killing them! If you like any animals your killing every single one of them right here right now. Quit littering now. Do this for the animals! And for all the garbage truck workers! Please stop. Saying that we shouldn't

  • Littering is not a good call

The act of throwing garbage out in the street generates not only environmental problems (such as obstructing sewer entrances/exits and endangering animal species which consume the litter thrown) but also generates social and economical problems (such as reducing the touristic potential of the cities and reducing the odds of the the adequate recycling of the used material).
This way, no matter what century we are in and how advanced the technologies are, littering is not only unjustified, but also a disservice to society.
