Obama and Trump Meet at the White House: Should Trump Get Rid of Obamacare?

  • Yes, I think so.

Have Faith in Donald Trump. He will fix health care in the U.S. by making it less expensive. Up to this point, both democrats and republicans tried to fix health care by arguing about who was going to pay for it. That is the wrong approach. Doctors are crying poor mouth because medical school is so expensive, and they are right, but the solution is not to charge the patients and the insurance companies more and let the taxpayer pay the rest. The solution is to make medical school less expensive. The medical schools say they need to charge student ridiculous amounts of money because there are too few doctors who can afford to teach instead of practice medicine. Well, the solution is to make more doctors. The American Medical Association says if they increase the number of doctors the quality of care will decrease. Well, I don't agree. And the buck stops here.

  • No it's helping so many people

I don't think Trump should get rid of Obamacare because such a huge amount of people have cover now who didn't have it before. It may have put premiums up for some other people but if they truly care about one nation, about Americans as an overall group then they should get over themselves and have a look in the mirror.

  • No, he should not.

Trump should not get rid of the Obama care. This is because the Obama care is awesome and we all love it. It was made out of his heart and he continues to fund it. For the sake of the people who believe in the Obamacare, it should be maintained.

  • No, Trump should not get rid of Obamacare.

No, Trump should not get rid of Obamacare because it has helped so many people. People who would have been turned away by insurance companies now have a chance to get health coverage. What happens if people no longer have insurance? They will be turned away and left to die.
