@reece Pretty sure you're the mental one if you're so militantly left-wing to call anybody on the right side "mental."
@triangle.128k Read what I said again and look at the context I said it in. Don't try to make it something it's not.
@reece Cool
Todays right wing is bordering on fascism
@maslow Idiot spotted
Triangle128k Encephalitic, bulbous headed spinal cord reacting moron is commenting again out moronic views.
@maslow lol your insults are so funnily aggressive. Now onto my actual point, calling the right wing fascist is like calling the left wing communist.
@triangle.128k In what context?
@reece What the hell are you talking about?
Idiot spotted.
And...? I stated that because maslow said the right wing is equivalent to fascism, which is like saying the left wing is communism.
@triangle.128k The policies of fascism aren't coherent with a logical economic framework. Sounds about right.
What economic framework?
A logical one.
Logical economics are free market Capitalism, wheras Socialism is heavily idealistic and illogical.
Idiots racing to the bottom.
You aren't making any sense...
It's a socio-economic term...
And?
Do you understand it?
Would the creation of deals like the TPP fall under a "Race to the bottom." Well, they are written by and for corporations.
Crony Capitalism isn't corporatism; learn simple economics please.
@triangle.128k Why does the right-wing always self-project. Saying crony capitalism isn't corporatism is like saying a car isn't a wheel.
Sorry, I meant to say Capitalism isn't corporatism.
Why would you say capitalism isn't corporatism? I don't see the logic behind it. Anyway, same difference. Cars and wheels come in all variations.
Corporatism is totalitarian; free markets on the other hand is economic liberty.
@triangle.128k You're trying to draw circles within circles. Corporatism isn't totalitarian. It's the other way round. Corporations are the ones that own the government. This is what happens when you have too much of a "free market." Corporations get greedy and the government becomes a sinkhole.
The sentence after "Corporatism isn't totalitarian." was based what you meant.
No, because free market principles prevent corporations from becoming too greedy and providing crappy products. Regulations BENEFIT corporations, and government interference in the market is what allows for things like monopolies since they may subsidize or help specific corporations.
Corporations wouldn't be able to corrupt officials in a truley free market. Because they can bribe officials to support intervention in the market to benefit them. A free market on the other hand would only make sure businesses abide by the rules and nothing else, which will drive innovation further.
Your logic is all over the place. I will just go to the core of the issue. Why does the government inherently want corporate monopolies?
Because of corrupt politicians that support it.
@triangle.128k Why are they corrupt?
