Should DDO add Japanese Kana to it's type interface?

Posted by: UtherPenguin

So I was doing this joke debate once on North Korea. I decided to end argument with some random stuff in Japanese (because why the freak not). All of the Kanji (chinese characters) manage to process through. But literally NONE of the Kana (Japanese characters) passed through. Is Juggle conspiring with the Chinese government against Japan?

  • Yes!

  • No :(

Why does Japanese have 3 different writing systems mixed into one?
UtherPenguin says2015-09-01T02:14:04.0363050Z
@triangle One system is for loan words, the other is for Japanese names and words and Kanji is borrowed Chinese used for nouns and verbs.

Why do they mix Kanji into there?

@triangle.128k Because during the Heian period, Japan exported Kanji from China, because they were a bunch of Chinaboos
