Should religions be taught in school?
Posted by: cyber_onionsThis is to say, should children be taught about the history and ideas of multiple world religions (without being taught that they should follow any particular religion), or should religion be kept out of schools altogether?

I think it is important for students to learn about world religions. That said, it is imperative that no proselytizing occur and that one religion is not promoted over another. Although not a religion, atheism should be included so that children know there is yet another choice.
