Storm of course. I mean, she can control the WEATHER for crying out loud!
Wonder Woman by far. How can weather manipulation compare to her brute strength?!

Storm is WAY more powerful than Wonder Woman! Storm could just conjure up thunder and lightning and aim it at Wonder Woman! Storm can even manipulate human bodies so she could cause pressure in Wonder Woman's ear to cause intense harm! Wonder Woman is NOTHING compared to Storm!
Wonder Woman will always kill that weather bitch, not to mention WW has lightning attacks too.
Wonder Woman owns storm all day.
Storm is nothing compared to Wonder Woman.
LOL, weather whore dies.
In actuality, it should depend upon Storm's distance away from Wonder Woman. I also don't like it if WW tries to grab Storm and hold her up like Sabertooth did in the movie. A lightning strike can short circuit the anatomy of the body literally and stop the heart. It's not a strength thing or anything like that! We're talking the rhythm of your heart or death! If you're a humanoid type(alien, too), then lightning should be able to short circuit you. It makes no difference whether it can penetrate your skin; it doesn't need to. A big enough shock and your heart stops(this rule should apply unless a person has a body that insulates them or they have multiple hearts/brains or a physiology that is not electrical) and any electrical force that Ororo wants she can deliver in the comic world. Diana could win quickly, but arriving heroes don't usually do that. They assess and contain! Since Storm is not the one to try and assess and contain, she wins. When Wonder Woman tries to contain, she threatens Storm who is supposedly extremely claustrophibic and Storm sensing her extreme strength, gives WW a maximum jolt that WW does not feel or barely even feels initially and her heart /brain just stops.

Storm and Wonder Woman have gona up against each other before and Storm won- so those who voted for Wonder Woman are wrong
she can fly(in a way) and just ty up storm , stopping her powers.
