I think everyone agrees that sugar is sweet and lemons are sour. Although our sense of taste can be altered by factors such as being sick, if we all agree sugar is sweet then taste is objective.
There have been many situations about when you're sick/depressed, everything tastes like paper. Tastes are definitely subjective.
