He talks more, gives better advice. More of a lawful evil though.
It just seems like if somebody was asked to pick between a being of pure good and a being of pure evil, if they picked the being of pure evil, they would be evil.
I agree, however, some people might think that the devil is better beacuse it is true that some religions worship the devil
