    They are the textbook definition of a special interest group and generated uneeded corruption in the public sector. If workplace saftey hazards and employer abuse isnt rampant in your line of work, You don't need a union. Unions that campaign against the taxpayer are garbage. Theyre the reason every school in the country isnt open right now.

  • No they shouldn't

    The higher union membership is, The lower-income inequality is. They probably should replace private corporations altogether but operate more democratically and with a lot less hierarchy. Capitalism and the government sucks. And anything we can do to combat any form of hierarchy we should support as much as we can.
