REQUIRING people to vote is unconstitutional when choices are limited to begin. A bipartisanship doesn't represent everyone in the first place. Having mandatory voting would then open up legal coercion. It already exists in the work place and where benefits that people need are attached to supporting one particular candidate. Resource distribution is the underlying factor for voter participation and with that said. It is already a luxury to choose not to vote. Requiring people to vote is synonymous with requiring people to choose who they are told to choose, namely the choice of their resource provider. Freedom has everything to do with choice. Requiring voting in a choice restricted election does not grant rights it takes them away.
