There's no good reason against it. Apart from religion and "Messing with Nature". Religion can't be proved however, and if nature "created" us with the potential to clone, then it doesn't care. The worry about overpowered weapons isn't too harsh, especially since it will be highly regulated and only for organ donation. End of story, I don't see any point against it.
