Probably before that. The microscopic changes in humans is noticeable in the past few thousand years. Multiple centimeters in average human height have been added in the past few thousand years, whos to say we won't look very different in the next 10,000 years? In terms of new SPECIES, that probably won't happen very soon. Our insides aren't changing very much with the modern lifestyle, because our evolutionary fitness isn't a factor anymore. You could blend in to the ground or not, have a huge nose or not, be taller or not, none of those will affect your survival (In first world countries. Or most countries). Something needs to affect your survival in a noticeable way in order for natural selection to happen, but, over the course of 27,000,000 years, it's going to happen whether we want it or not.
