Although trouble doesn't have a timestamp, it's well established that majority of activities that would fall under the general category of "troublesome" are carried out under the cover of night. You can't deny that cutting out that nighttime period will significantly reduce the teen's chances to get into trouble in the first place.
It taints the reputation of ARABS, not MUSLIMS. Islam is a religion all over the world practiced by people all over the world. The Wests' "problems" with terrorism have always revolved around conflict in the middle east, but you never see the Muslims in Malaysia taking up arms. We need to stop blending these two together and start beginning to realize that is more so a culture clash between races, rather than a crusade between religions. The unfortunate thing is that religion is unfortunately being used as that medium.
It's obvious Israel was handed over via the Belfour Declaration on the premise that land without people deserves people without land. Unfortunately there were people, millions of them, and majority are now displaced in neighbouring Jordan which used to be the east side of the former British Mandate of Palestine.
Fast forward to now where the Gaza Strip is embargoed from virtually all products including essential items like infant formula or medications, and the civil unrest that exists in Gaza due to the militant oppression surrounding the borders of the strip. Not to mention the incident back in '09
