School uniforms don't decrease bullying or discipline issues Even though people who make the argument for school uniforms claim that they tend to decrease bullying, what they often do is make bullies shift their attention to other parts of your body or clothing(ex. Shoes, face, hair etc. )Not only that, but instead of being cost-efficient, they instead put an economical strain on people, as they not only have to buy regular clothing for their children, but also have to buy uniform clothes for their children as well. Also, schools that implement and enforce uniform polices tend to be stricter as a whole, which does not in fact correlate directly with the uniforms, but is instead and indirect correlation, which oftentimes does not occur. Instead, for situations where students need to be recognizable in a group, shirts for that school could be issued( but not required on other days) which would allow them to be easy to find.
