There should be a maximum wage. No-one has mentioned morality. All jobs are inter dependent. Nobody - but nobody - is doing a job worth hundreds of thousands a DAY. And if a few are earning that much, It can only be at the expense of millions of others who do not earn enough to live on. We call those who have more than they could spend in 10 life times 'successful' but perhaps just plain 'greedy' is nearer the mark.
