It's pointless and a big waste of time. You may think "But detention makes students follow the rules so they don't have to stay after class", But I'm sorry to inform you it just makes everything worse. Students will hate school even more, Probably break even more rules, Or even become suicidal / insane (like me). All of that just because a stupid homework wasn't made. Yeah, Very useful, What can I say. It makes me want to either kill myself or someone else. Pointless, A waste of time and just plain stupid.
