I think we should. It should be important that we protect and secure our electric grids from all major physical domestic and foreign threats. What if a terrorist were to attack? Or perhaps another country wanted to severely damage United States electric power. I mean take for example. Our military. We have a really powerful military because we advanced so far in technology and we cant run our government without electricity. So I personally feel its vital to protect the things that keep the country safe.

Maybe. Im not sure. Im not to familiar with this topic. But someone asked me. So I am looking to others for their opinion. Apparently what this would do is force plaintiffs who bring fourth an unsuccessful lawsuit would be forced to reimburse the defendant for any legal fees that were incurred during litigation.
