  • Strike is really a solution of problem which is not resloving

Strike not only helps in raising the voice but also helps in changing the things in favour for which the strike is done. A peaceful strike is the best way to make the change. A peaceful strike not only keeps the economy stable but also keep the social environment healthy whereas a violent strike effects the economy and society too. Therefore employees can do strike in a peaceful way. EMPLOYEE HAVE THE TO DO STRIKE AS A PROVISION IS ALSO THEIR, A SINGLE EMPLOYEE CAN NOT DO STRIKE FOR HIS OWN BENEFIT BUT IF SOMETHING IS NOT GOOD FOR ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES OR SO MANY EMPLOYEES THEN THE EMPLOYEES CAN STRIKE WITH PEACE AND NO FEAR

  • Striking is necessary

If striking, which is a RIGHT, is taken away from our workers, how will our workers stand up for the work conditions and how low they're paid, and what resources they can get which can interfere with their work skills and abilities and limit the costumer/ patient's satisfaction. Why should this affect us, when we are paying through taxes to get "Essential Services".

  • Striking is a necessary evil

In a capitalist economy, it is simply a necessary evil for workers to strike. Its a last resort workers must have to resolve various labor disputes that inevitably develop in a capitalist economy. If capitalist want to end striking altogether, they'll have to advocate universal capital ownership, which would make them lose significant wealth and power, but then workers wouldn't have a need to strike as they'd reap the benefits of economic productivity as well.

  • Yes, of course!

Yes, I believe all employees should have the right to strike. It's called freedom of assembly! If employees feel they are being treated unfairly and want to do something about it, let them strike! Their word deserves to get out there into the public eye. Maybe it will change something around for them.

  • Strikes!

Yes, I personlly think that all employees should have the right and free will to strike without being punished. If the workplace is not listening to the workers needs and things are just getting thrown on he backburner and it is affecting employees, they should let their voices be heard and strike.

  • Yes

Any employee has the right to strike. Now the employer has the right to fire them if they want because they are striking. There are a lot of people out there who need a job and would be happy with the job that they are striking from. So employees need to be careful when they strike.

  • But Only Union Workers Don't Get Fired

Everyone employee has the right to strike at his or her workplace. The caveat is that only union workers can do so without the threat of being fired. If McDonald's or Wal-Mart employees unionized, the costs of consumer goods would skyrocket! It's a free country and anyone can stand up for their employment rights. Just remember management has rights too!

  • Strikes are unnecessary

If you do not like your job then just quit. No one said that having a job is going to be fun but its necessary to have a job to support not only yourself but your family. And if you go on strike what are you going to tell your family that "Hey things arn't going my way so i'm going on strike.
