    Implement universal stand your ground laws, Make it as easy to buy and carry a gun as it is to buy toilet paper, Eliminate any recourse for criminals to pursue litigation against victims for excessive force. Im all for a more family/community minded type of crime deterrent. But the populace needs to have teeth for that to work.
