Should Congress pass a bill to reform the tort system by implementing the "loser pays" rule?

  • Maybe. Im not sure.

    Im not to familiar with this topic. But someone asked me. So I am looking to others for their opinion. Apparently what this would do is force plaintiffs who bring fourth an unsuccessful lawsuit would be forced to reimburse the defendant for any legal fees that were incurred during litigation.
