    Filming should be allowed in the Court of Appeals as long as the film crew understand where they are and try to be respectful of those who work there, or are there on other buisness. It is important in general for film crews not to disrupt the daily life of others just to get their filming done.

  • No filming allowed in courts of appeal

    I am opposed to any filming of appellate court proceedings. For me it cheapens the solemnity of the process, given the fact that too many trials in the past have been turned into media circuses, such as the OJ Simpson and George Zimmerman trials. An audio recording would be sufficient as a record for posterity.
