• Why not ?

Attacking homosexuality is like attacking nature, it is part of nature and it is observed in many other animals, not just humans. Homosexuality is something someone is inherently born with, Catholics who say that homosexuality is a choice are wrong. Homosexuality in animals proves this. There is absolutely no reason why we should not support LGBT people.

  • Gay is okay

I don't see anything wrong with a homosexual couple. They have rights just like a straight couple does. I understand it may go against your religion, but it goes against their rights to be discriminated against and bashed. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but that's all it is, an opinion, and you should know when to keep an opinion to yourself.

  • Is this even a question??

Most homosexuals, as far as I'm concerned, aren't harmful to anyone. All they need is acceptance, yet it's the so called "good religious people" who seem to have a problem with the orientation of man and woman.
Also, homosexuality can be a cure for the population explosion in many countries like India, China and Russia among others. There are tens of thousands of orphans all around the world and they could be adopted by homosexuals.

  • Yes, yes yes

Homosexuality is natural. It occurs in many species of animals, from penguins to bears to fruit flies. It is something that people are born with, and it is a distinction that goes to the biological level. Brain scans of LGBT people and heterosexuals show distinct differences. The entire concept of discriminating against someone for who they like is quite silly. "OH NO! A MAN IS IN LOVE WITH A MAN!"

  • I don't see straight people having to "come out"

Gays need some support in order to feel accepted in our society. It is honestly cringeworthy to see how opposed people are to same sex relations. Honestly, who is it hurting? Same sex partners don't feel safe just holding hands in public. They are denied the right to marry. They are denied the right to adopt/foster children. They are discriminated against in the workplace. Hate crimes are committed against them. To show some support is taking a stand against the hate they receive.

  • If two people love each other, let them love!

They are people too. We do not live by a rule that states we have to marry a certain gender. In the past, and from now on, homosexuals have existed. They may not have admitted it, may not have been publicized, but it has been. By not supporting you are telling many people they can not love who they want, and they can not be who they want to be.

And if your worried about how will babies be made... There are plenty of straight people willing to reproduce, and there are a lot of kids up for adoption. Science is actually making a way for female couples to be able to have children. Let people love who they want.

  • Love is love

If someone is in love with another person of the same gender, they should be supported. They are doing no harm to anyone else, and are just acting upon their nature. Who are us, humans, to come between people that are in love? To all LGBT:
"Ignore any loss of nerve, ignore any loss of self-confidence, ignore any doubt or confusion. Move on believing in love, in peace, and harmony, and in great accomplishment. Remember joy isn't a stranger to you. You are winning and you are strong. Love. Love first, love always, love forever."
    -Anne Rice

  • It is unnatural

Should rapists be "supported?" Should bestiality be "supported?" What about pedophilia? All these are also perversions of what marriage actually is. Should anything outside of a man and woman becoming one flesh, in love, and then taking their love for each other and continuing life, even remotely be thought of?

  • Homosexuals should Not be supported and should never be supported.

In the beginning, there weren't any homosexuals. So why now?
OK lets say gay person get married to a gay person. How in the world are they gonna make babies.
We were creates to full the world, to produce offspring not to just sit there. You can never find homosexuals in the Bible or Quran. God burned the city Sodom and Gomorrah for the same reason about gays relationship. It is also written in the Bible that the same thing that happened in Sodom and Gomorrah will happen again.

  • No. Never. Nope.

There is nothing natural about it. Look at the past several thousand years. Nobody was homosexual. Don't even say that they were just hiding and didn't show their true selves because they were scared or confused. Homosexuality is not genetic. It is learned. Humans are the only living things on earth that contain homosexual groups. Animals aren't gay. That's because they can't think or reason. People are meant to be with other people who are of the opposite gender. That's how we were made, and that's how we reproduce. Homosexuality, it's just gross

  • I do not oppose, but i do not support/encourage

Although some parts of me say that humans have rights, including to be homosexual. Yet that would be going against our religion, our beliefs, that men must marry women, and if there is homosexuality, then it would be going against religion because they are abusing rights to do what they want.

  • Depends on the place.

If a homosexual commits a homosexual act in a Muslim country that abides by the shria law, I would support the country and would encourage the homosexuals to go to another country if they wished to live a certain lifestyle. Homosexuals need to respect other people's beliefs as well.
If a homosexual is harassed by the public due to their sexuality in any country. I would support the homosexual as a person that should not face discrimination.
I will always try to support homosexuals in not giving in to his/ her desires but rather helping him/ her if I can (I haven't found a way to yet apart from praying) to be heterosexual.
I would help everyone including homosexuals from persecution and leave the punishments to the law of the land. As for my support to which law I would want in the country I would vote whichever law best demonstrates the quranic law fully.

  • I support God anything against him is bad

Lev. 18:22, "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination."

Lev. 20:13, "If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltness is upon them"

1 Cor. 6:9-10, "Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, 10nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God."

Rom. 1:26-28, "For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, 27and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error. 28And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper."

Homosexuality is clearly condemned by the Bible. It goes against the created order of God. He created Adam and then made a woman. This is what God has ordained and it is what is right. Unlike other sins, homosexuality has a severe judgment administered by God Himself. This judgment is simple: They are given over to their passions. That means that their hearts are allowed to be hardened by their sins (Romans 1:18ff). As a result, they can no longer see the error of what they are doing. Without an awareness of their sinfulness, there will be no repentance and trusting in Jesus. Without Jesus, they will have no forgiveness. Without forgiveness, there is no salvation.
