Should KKK dress code and background be outlawed as an act of intimidation?

    Let people wear whatever they want. If they want to run around in KKK costumes, let them. If they actually makes serious threats against someone, then one may pre-emptively strike at them or arrest them, but otherwise they can wear whatever they want. People have the right to be racist and do racist things in their own home and property, as long as they do not infringe on others'.
