  • No, People shouldn’t play loud music!

It will distract neighbours, It will be bad for the people who are playing it because it will be too loud for their ears and lots of people need peace and quiet. The government tries to keep people safe and they are trying to stop that by playing loud music.

  • Loud and annoying

Right now my neighbours are blasting music in the street and young children are trying to sleep. If I wanted to listen to music I would turn my own music. It's annoying we get a little bit of warm weather and youngsters go mad with noise loud music and foul language

  • Something needs to be done.

I have had inner ear issues my whole life, I am incredibly sensitive to sound, So much so that it physically hurts, I have had to move several times throughout my life due to inconsiderate so and so's blasting music in the garden, In the street and in the back entry, The last neighbour I had would blast his rave music all day long, To say it had an effect on my health is an understatement, I felt trapped, I honesty wanted to kill myself, The council did nothing for me, The only way this problem will ever addressed is for loud music to be outlawed, Full stop.

  • No, but it's definitely an annoyance.

Unfortunately, if we were to be fined, then it would only be for a select amount of people and that would create a problem amongst many. Businesses or restaurants on a strip that compete as the best contribute to pleasurable and memorable places and is meant for the public to hear for obvious reasons. People who enjoy music in the privacy of their own car or home should be considerate of others. No one needs to turn music up all the way when you can hear it perfectly fine at a mid volume. Doing this makes one obnoxious, inconsiderate and displays a disregard for those in public areas who do not care to listen to the music they like.

  • It's really Obnoxious

People that do this don't realize how annoying and distracting it is when they play their music out loud as if they really are self centered cucks that want attention, and I'm speaking from observation and experience dealing with them. Also from what I've seen it's always people with headphones, people that play rap aloud ( I enjoy certain rap so I'm not saying it's just them, I'm saying it's MAINLY them). People that do this don't realize how much of an ignorant asshole that doesn't think about others.

  • Yes, we need peace and quiet

I feel strongly that people should be fined for playing music too loudly in public. There are so few places in today's world where we can enjoy peace and quiet without having our ears assaulted by noisy music, noisy motors, etc., etc. I used to have a neighbor who used her car as a stereo, cranking up the radio as loud as she could. That would drive me crazy. I got so angry every time I heard it that I couldn't relax. I had to go next door and yell at her about three times before she stopped. If she were given a fine every time she made too much noise, not only would I have been much happier, but the state probably could have balanced its budget and had a big surplus.

  • People should be fined for playing loud music in public.

People should definatly be charged with fines for playing loud music in public. It is a violation of people's peace, and disrupts many people. It is espicailly troublesome late at night when people are trying to sleep. There is also absolutly no need to be playing music loudly in public when headphones exist.

  • Not immediately, At least

No, If someone were to be given a fine just for playing music too loudly. But if they were given warnings, Maybe? Not sure if that would help or not, But hey, Compromise. Woohoo. M m m k m m k k k k k k j j k n

  • Knife Crime epidemic

There's is an epidemic of knife crime in our communities and kids are dying on streets almost daily.
Instead of tackling this issue. We get a ban on something pretty meaningless really, Who cares if someone has loud music as long as it's not at 2am. In which case then, I'm sure they would be pulled over anyway. Aggressive people, And aggressive Gestures at other people, Also aggressive driving I agree wholeheartedly should be prosecuted, But music?

  • Just having fun

No, I do not think that people need to be fined for playing music loud in public, because this is a free country, and everyone here has the same rights. They are not going to be bothering people all that much, and most people are not even going to say anything.
