Should schools have a lounge or break room for their students to unwind, relieve stress, and study/work on homework?

  • Break Rooms are great!

We should have a break room for students to do homework during lunch time. Also, there can be lots of limitations to stop acting up. The break room is a privilege, and privileges can be taken away. With a microwave, students can heat up leftovers, so they don't have to buy from the school.

  • Yes, a student break room is a good idea.

This is a good idea because students can come here to relieve stress and have a "safe place" to hang out with their friends. This can be a place for students to study and work on group projects with friends. In the break room, you should include comfy chairs, tables, rugs, and tables. Some kids could be hanging out and talking in the chairs/ couches and others could be holding a study/tutoring session at the tables. This could be really helpful in student achievement and attendance at your school. Wonderful idea.

  • It is ass.

I really don't think that schools should have breaks for students because students might take advantage of this opportunity. In school, they already get a chance to unwind and talk with their friends. That time is lunch. So, if you ask me, it is completely unnecessary as they already have a time to unwind

  • It will be to wild

They already have a lunch room so why a break room? It is a bad idea because it would be a distraction to other classes and jealousy to others and to crazy in there so it is a very very very bad idea and very unfair to many other kids

  • They already do.

To the best of my knowledge, every school has a lunch room, library, and other spaces where kids can go to relax and/or do homework when not in class. Many, if not most also have other areas like study halls that can be used for those purposes. Creating more would be a waist of tax payer money.
