AsdViolence creates violence When you hit a child, The child just grow in resentment, And thus this leads to anger and leads to less concentration in studies. The kid is not likely to study well after a physical punishment. The percentage of students who do well after a physical punishment is little to low. Thus it is wrong.

  • No teachers should not be allowed to physically punish students who misbehave.

We are living in different times, I don't agree that teachers should have the right to punish students. Parents are not as willing to agree that teachers should have that right unlike back in the older days. If parents will not support this then it should not happen to avoid any conflicts.

  • Violence is not the answer

Physical punishment is unnecessary and in certain cases, Do not help at all. Only parents are allowed to hit their children(and only when necessary or never) as they have a unique autonomy over their children that teachers do not have over their students in the classroom. Physical punishment in the class only serves to be embarrassing to the student, Which can hurt his/her self esteem. Students will not be able to understand why his/her actions were wrong and when they grow up, They will continue to do these things since no one is hitting them already. After all, There are always better alternatives to disciplining children than just hitting them.
