While the Boston bombing suspect wanted to commit crimes against the United States, he shouldn't be labeled as an enemy combatant for any reason. He was a terrorist acting with his brother but not much else. He should be tried as an ordinary domestic terrorist, and then be punished accordingly, depending upon how the courts rule.
I do not believe the Boston Bombing Suspect should be tried as an enemy combatant. I believe the Boston Bombing suspect is a young kid who was more than likely following his older brother's lead, who is now dead. I believe the suspect should be tried in a normal court of law, to which, he would more than likely receive life in prison.
