    The government should not be allowed to view the content of our privately owned cell phones or monitor the signals that carry our private conversations over the air to connect with another privately owned cell phone. Cell phones should be awarded the same assumption of privacy as a land line or a private conversation in the home.

    Without a warrant viewing an individuals cell phone is against the law. Cell phones are now common place for most Americans, they are personal property and contain personal data and should be given the same treatment as anything else under the constitution, If there is cause to see cell phone dats, law enforcement can get a warrant.
