  • Art is our future

If we starve the artists, We are destroying our future. There are so many starving artists that barely get by because of friends and family. It is unfair because artists are by far one of the hardest working people, Who usually don't get pay or credit. So, We need to support the artists.

  • Yes. I think so.

Regular households spend an average of 5 percent of spending. This includes spending on things like television programs, Movies, And music. We can find art in our daily life quite easily. But can you imagine the world without art? I imagine the world as a dry and boring desert field. In my opinion, Governments should support the arts through funding. Here are some reasons why.

First of all, It can build the country brand and promote tourism.
To further explain, We can make good art, And it can even promote our country's art, And this can attract tourists. For example, Mount Rushmore represents one of the world's largest pieces of sculpture, As well as one of America's most popular tourist attractions. Now, Mount Rushmore is so famous that an average of 2, 311, 273 people visit Mount Rushmore every year. With government funding, Our country can improve with the arts.

Secondly, Art can express what we feel. It is important in a stressful school. Students can connect with others through art and make friends. Being creative is a skill many people need when in reality. Students and even adults can express and gain peace of art. If there is art outside, We can boost our creativity and even relieve stress.

And lastly, Children can learn from art. Children and students can learn a lot from that. I think that students and children are the ones to carry the world, And the world depends on them. To make the world a better place, We need to boost children's creativity. How can we boost children's creativity if there is no art in the streets?

In conclusion, In my opinion, Governments should support the arts through funding. Firstly, It can build the country brand and promote tourism. Secondly, Art can express what we feel. And lastly, Children can learn from art. These are the reasons why art should be supported by governments through funding.

  • Yes, the arts should be supported and funded by government. I

I am convinced that government should finance the arts. There are many branches wich are not able to survive without additional support from the state authorities. Therefore, governments should fund some kind of the arts which should be scrutinized before. The governments should be assured that they do not support low quolity art. Because, there are more important branches that should be funded first. For instance, education, traffic and health care.
Tu put it briefly, the government should support the arts by additional money, but not all the arts. I am conscious that there are more important sectors. In addition to that, there are many kind of art movements which interesting enought for people and so they do not neet any support.

  • Art makes us.

What is life without art? We were made to create. Art builds us as individuals, brings us together, and teaches us about history. It describes us, helps us express our emotions, and provides entertainment for others. Art is beautiful, it is so important. Without it, we are like robots with no other way to express ourselves than through talking.

  • The production can earn back funds with ticket sales.

When you need funding for props for a production or a location for a production/exhibition, the ticket sales for the production/exhibition
on all three or four days the production is performed or the week the exhibition is around can easily earn a lot of money back for the government. The government should definitely learn that it can earn the money it funds for the arts, so they should fund more.

  • They should be

It's not even funny anymore but the funding of the arts is replegamatory. The societal imbalancement of pure constructive values and implementations is extremetively misconstrued. Big words make a lot of sense and as does funding the arts. Therefore, hereditoler meanings can be delved from the inner parts of art.

  • The arts need more funding.

With the budget being cut in art programs, less people are encouraged to join because when they see what the arts program is doing they don't see what the arts program is capable of. With limited funding, the music department can't have to proper equipment it needs to function properly and to get music and to get rights to musicals. The drama department won't have money for sets, costumes, and play rights. The lack of funding isn't letting the arts program reach its full potential and because of that less people are joining because what they see, they don't like, and what the arts program is "given" is not enough for us to manage.

  • It really should.

It really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really should.

  • Doctor who and art is good

The topics art and doctor who are important for our next generation to Know. The arts have meaning and are deep . Doctor who is So good it is probably why police boxes are actually still around and what helped that The arts. So do you really want none of this . Oh and DOCTOR WHO IS BAE

  • Yes Its good

Kids these days don't get to learn much art , drama, etc. because the government doesn't fund it. They only focus on math, science, social studies, and language arts. Children use their creativity less and less, each year, each month, each week, each day, and each hour. It's very sad.

  • The economy needs to be in better shape first.

The arts are nice and should be funded, but the economy has to be in good shape first. Until the economy is doing better, the focus should be on things that are needed such as schools, social services, highways and transportation, and so on. Once employment is up and there are more funds that can be given, the arts can be funded more.

  • No, the government should not give more funding to the arts.

I am not prepared to say that all government art funding should end, or that art has no value. I just don't see what we get out of the government's art funding program. If people make good art, other people will pay them for it. The government is not funding these people that make good art, it is funding people that cannot make art good enough to sell. This is an overly simplified view, but it is one shared by much of the population.

  • No, it increases federlism and it privatly funded

Currently the federal goverment only funds 7% of art programs with private funding makeing up the other 93%. Why should we take powers that currently reside with the state? We should not. There would be a see-saw affect with the federal goverment useing this as an exscuse to obtain more power for them and less for the states, going directly aginst what our founding fathers founded this country on. There is no right to education thus it falls in the states not the federal goverment the goverment currently controls to much why should we increase, when there is so many bad impacts to an increase in federal power.
