I think that tradition in our own specific cultures should take priority over Constitutional law most of the time. The reason is that we all have our own traditions within our culture and family. The constitution is a law that we all share and abide by, but our tradition is rooted deeply within us.
I don't think that tradition should take priority over constitutional law, because some traditions might be harmful to other religions, social groups, political parties and other organizations. I think that traditions are a good thing to uphold and preserve, but they should not override the constitution by any means whatsoever.
