• Should black people sing country?

While it is true that a majority of rappers these days are black...It does not mean that white people shouldn't. I don't enjoy Eminem's work..But millions do. To collaborate on my headline, most country singers are white, but that doesn't mean black people shouldn't sing. Race and musical genre have no correlation...Even though some have a larger gathering of certain races.

  • Should women be able to drive?

Asking this questions regarding white people rapping is the equivalent to asking if women should be able to drive. Yes there is such thing as a dumb question, I believe we have just stumbled upon one. Should white people be able to play basketball? Should black people be able to play hockey?

  • Of course they should be.

Rap music, no matter what your feelings on the subject may be, is still vocalized. It is speech. We are guaranteed the right to free speech, therefore, we may rap.

The morality or "artistic style" or any other debate surrounding rap is of no concern when viewed by the constitution. To banish whites from rap is a pointless endeavor. Few whites professionally rap anyhow, so what's the point in running the risk of extreme political ramifications when so few are affected?

  • Not to be rude but

Not to be rude but however made this debate is a deadass.
Your basically calling white people Rosa Parks.
It does not MATER if your white or black.
You have the right to do what you want.
Belive in what you stand for do listen to what other people want you to do BE YOURSELF

  • You're being racist

Saying that white people shouldn't rap is racial discrimination. Yes, white people DO care about that. Everyone freaks out about racism towards black people and asians but racism towards white people isn't considered racism. I'm not American, so I don't see racism very often, but many non-Americans thing racism is a major issue with Americans, just not racism towards black and asian people.

  • Racism is wrong

Any one can rap black or white. Its as racist as saying black people cant see country. Music is for all races. Yes most of the best rappers are black but some white people are good at rapping. Its just like saying black people are faster than white people. ,

  • Yes of course why not!

Then the question should be: should nonwhites be allowed to wear north american clothes, (they are white clothes), should blacks not be allowed to go to a country music concert or play country music, since its white music, etc. Pretty ridiculous. Should a person from india be allowed to be a rock singer, dont think that would go over very well in the white community!

  • It's our right

Personally, I see nothing wrong with there being White rappers. While it is pretty well-known that most rapper are obviously African American, we live in a country where we have our first ammendment right to freedom of speech and no discrimination. Besides, there already have been some very successful white rappers in the past.

  • Eminem- king of rap!

If you are really talanted person it doesn't matter what colour is your skin! Moreover it depends on your life experience, worldview and character. And other important thing is - your big wish to make RAP. For example, lets talk about Eminem.... I think most of people really respect him... Eminem is an American rapper, record producer and actor known as one of the most controversial and best-selling artists of the early 21st century. He has difficult life experinece....Marshall Bruce Mathers III was born in St. Joseph, Missouri on October 17 1972 to his mother Debbie Briggs-Mathers and his father Marshall Bruce Mathers II. Debbie was only 15 when Marshall was born. Not long after Marshall was born, his father packed his bags and left the family, never to be seen again. This wasn’t the end of a tough run for Marshall and his family; it was only just the beginning. Marshall got moved around to different houses and because of this he attended many schools. His mom finally settled down in a house in Detroit. Marshall was only 12 years old. The maximum time he spent at the one school was 3 months. He got bullied at every school he attended and later got back at them by dissing them publicly in his songs.

Marshall did pretty well in school considering the circumstances until he got to year 9. He failed for the third year in a row and decided that he had had enough. School just wasn’t for him, so he left to work on what he was most passionate about: rapping. He had been lip-synching to hip hop songs ever since he was 4 and if he wasn’t a comic book shop owner he had this dream to be a rapper. He started getting a name for himself when he was 17, even though he got into the rap game when he was 14. He was using the initials from his first and last names to form his rap name “M & M” which later became “Eminem” because of his race, he got rejected by people all the time, even though he was a really talented rapper. Determined to prove everyone wrong, he forced himself to go on radio shows and participate in freestyle battles. In 1995, Marshall recorded his first album titled Infinite, which only sold about 1000 copies. That same year, his high school sweet heart, now wife, Kim, gave birth to his only child, a little girl named Hailie Jade Scott.
So, you see that colour of skin doesn't indicate your talent.

  • It depends how you define allow.

Should we arrest white people for rapping? Probably not. Recidivism would be at an all time high if we were to start arresting and prosecuting people, many of whom are likely already criminals, for something as stupid as rapping. Whites should be strongly discouraged from rapping because sometimes we all need to be reminded not to act like fools. Thankfully, this is the case.

This is seriously, so far, the stupidest question ever. I mean. There have been many stupid questions on here. But this is #1. That's like saying "Should African american people take tests".
