    Water is one of the healthiest drinks ever. It prevents dehydration the best and is found in almost every other drink as well. That should be proof enough. Sodas and juices have unnecessary sugars and calories and do not hydrate you as well. Health professionals say to drink 8 glasses of water a day, So might as well just drink water right from the source instead of these other drinks.
