The most frustrating and painful phone call ever?

  • This guy is unbelievable!

    I've heard several examples of lousy customer support, but this one really takes the cake. It's like the guy wasn't even listening to the customer. I used to work customer support, and this is definitely not the way to treat a customer. My hat is off to the customer. If it was me, I would have been screaming and making threats at the fool.
