A two-term limit for national leaders works for American democracy, so why not the rest of the world? Term limits help prevent long-term regimes and reduce the chances of a long-term leader from dying in office. Power vacuums are never good, so the ease of transition of power between leaders is expected when terms are automatically limited.
The United States Constitution is a document that has been tested and tried in regards to setting forth guidelines for the terms of national leaders. There is not any reason for the two term limit for national leaders to get questioned or debated because of the congressional steps already taken.
Taking away the term limits will allow for a more democratic government. It will allow we, the people to choose the same president if we think that they are qualified for the job. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . .
