Were early episodes of "Seinfeld" as nihilistic as the later episodes?

  • The nihilism that characterized later seasons is virtually absent in early seasons

I love all the seasons of "Seinfeld" mind you, however, the early seasons I can relate to the most. Especially because of George. The deceit, hatred, anger that George had in later seasons did not exist in early seasons. I kinda feel more comfortable watching early episodes. Add to the fact, that it's slow paced, which I like.
