I don't understand why if a person has paid social security taxes and medicare taxes all their working life that when you have to sign up on social security benefits you get treated like a second rate citizen. I have been treated unfairly ever since I've had to deal with these so called "benefits". I paid my taxes for social security and medicare and now I'm getting charged for all this insurance before I can see the doctor and I don't have enough money left to make my mortgage payment or feed me and my wife. Where is the so called benefits? I would have continued to work but I'm not physically able to do so. Somebody give me an answer with help that will work!
