Will the recent US-Iran talks have a positive impact on the stability in the Middle East?

  • yes maybe for a while

It may have a positive impact on the region for a short time at least but it might backfire later on too maybe because there were a few countries who were displeased with the secrecy of it all and hopefully things get better there after they were able to talk things out.

  • Yes, each side has points that need to be heard.

Each side in the talks have valid points that need to be heard on the world stage. When the people see their leaders willing to sit down to talks rather than jumping to the use of arms, they are more likely to be passive themselves. We see this in the example of talks with China over the years. Such talks have helped emphasize China's needs and objectives and have led to less violent acts overall.
