    I declare that the answer is undoubtedly yes because the nature of the question can be attributed to a double negative quantum state. Based off of the equal creation of anti and regular matters, and the similarities between anti and no, the answer is yes. As further evidence, people like to think of negative numbers as purely imaginative, and positive numbers as real. Positive can be likened to yes. In conclusion, no means yes.
