Carly was only 13 when she walked out on the X Factor stage. She was shy, but she sung like a total pro! I mean, her voice was so much more mature than a 13-year-old's. I will be arguing in favour of introducing compulsory voting, the Opposition will argue against. The debate will run as follows: Round One is for acceptance.
