Hello. It is my position that poverty stems not from the amount of the minimum wage (which may rise but costs rise with it) -but from the inability to have pocket money over and above the cost of living. Should land lost during a war be returned at the conclusion of the war? Does it matter whether the war was initiated as a border/land dispute? Does it matter if the war was won by the aggressor or defendant? And should the decision to retain or return the land be determined by the victor or by a 3rd party like the UN?
