Disagree. The issue isn't discrimination but lack of adequete vocational training.

Agree, but the issue has to do with fellow workers and employee interactions more than specific companies.

I'm sorry, but it kinda makes sence that corporations would actively try to avoid people that have debilitating disorders. Most jobs require you to interact with other people on a high level, and no matter how smart you are, you often can't get around that. If someone is unable to properly converse with their fellow workers and with customers as well, they really aren't fit for the job.

They might not be intelligent enough or have the common sense that is necessary to perform the job. The other people might be able to simply do the job more efficiently. Sometimes it makes sense to discriminate.
