Humans are inherently selfish. There's a difference.

Humans are inherently selifish, as Vox Veritas points out, and they are also driven to want to dominate and have power over others. This is what makes each of us naturally evil. But we can be motivated to do good things for each other too. We each have good and bad impulses working inside of us. This is why we must commit ourselves to being agents of good every day of our lives.

(wanting to dominate = wanting to have power over others) Yes. I've realized I'm being redundant here. My mistake.

What is Evil? Evil is a human concept, and not even one we all agree on.

Evil is not a human concept there are clearly seven deadly sins and seven holy virtues. Almost all religions follow these rules for humanity.

That's okay to disagree.

@Haroush Humans created the concept of religion, so in the end it is still a human concept.
