Are you for the president unconstitutionally sending drones over to foriegn countries to shoot down american citizens who is believed to have joined ISIS without a trial?

  • absolutely not. Due process of law. That and i oppose the death penalty. The drone issue is one of my biggest issues with the obama administration

I don't want to say "yes" because in general I disagree with this. But "it depends", because it may not be realistic to apprehend the suspect if they are in the middle of a warzone and the threat they pose is imminent.

@masturdbtor assume the citizen's threat is not imminent. It's the same as in the USA, if the person is currently in a shooting spree with a machine gun, the cops has no choice but to end him, because they cant restrain him.
