Yes, the proof is non evident
No, the bible clearly proves this
I am not wholly convinced that the two quotes in the bible are sufficient justification for 1500 years of homosexual persecution. Levictus, was written by priests, and Paul never even met Jesus. Maybe if Jesus or the Lord said so themselves, then Paul's teachings would have a slight bit of merit. The things Paul said were his own views, and not gods. Sorry to break it to my fellow Christians, but the bible is not god breathed. Its a collection of books that talk about god. You should question the text and not blindly follow it. With that being said, the easiest way to restore our religion is to drop these persecution tactics. The Jews and Christians were persecuted as slaves and laborers for 1000's of years, and being on top doesn't mean we can do the same to others.
The short answer is yes, a practicing homosexual can go to heaven. This is not because homosexuality is not a sin - it most certainly is. One reason that a practicing homosexual can go to heaven is that the only unforgiveable sin is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit (generally understood to be attributing the Holy Spirit's works to demonic powers; Matt. 12:31-32). Lack of repentance of sin is not blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Answer by Joseph R. Nally Dr. Joseph R. Nally, D.D., M.Div. is the Theological Editor at Third Millennium Ministries (IIIM).
Assuming there is a heaven, sure.
Homosexuality is a sin. All Christians sin. If you say homosexuals cannot go to heaven it means only Jesus can go to heaven.
Yes they will go to heaven because all of God's children will go to heaven. Even those who are self righteous and ego stricken
I am only saying yes, it is possible, ignore the rest of the title. It is possible for any human, regardless of what he/she's done to go to heaven
Anyone who has faith in Christ can go to heaven.
In Islam, a homosexual CAN enter heaven as long as they are Muslim, and believe that having sex with the same gender is a sin. Because in Islam, having sex with the same gender is a sin and not disbelief, as long as that homosexual person believes that it is a sin to engage in a sexual relationship with the same gender, even though he/she does it out of weakness and giving in to their self desires (but they should put some effort to control their desires like everyone else does with other sinful things that are desires). In other words, a Muslim will end up in heaven sooner or later even if they commit a lot of sins, but they might be punished for a while in the hell fire for some of their sins if they didn't repent from them during the life, or God might bestow His mercy upon some due to some other major good deeds they've done or due to them putting a lot of effort and struggling to control their desires or for some other reason. In Islam, the only sin that is unforgivable and forbids a person from entering heaven is disbelief in Islam and associating partners with God, which includes worshipping other things whether it was saints, or spirits, or nature ...etc, which is something that will nullify one's Islam if they do it while claiming to be Muslim. The most fundamental belief in Islam is that God is One in Lordship, and in worship (Only He is worthy of worship), and is unique in His Attributes, and He has NO partner NOR son.
Asking this question is simply...unecessary. The bible is a manuscript written by people, people who don't even know god. Who said there's heaven or hell? Who are the people who wrote about heaven and hell? Who told them who goes through the gates of heaven? Where do they get this information from? All questions that can't be answered. Next time you read a bible ask yourself,"who wrote what I'm feeding my mind and soul?"
Yes, but it's gay heaven and Freddie Mercury is God.
What about "Love thy neighbor" doesn't make sense?
If they don't have sex with each other they can. Someone said below that blaspheming against the Holy Spirit is attributing his works to the devil and not dying not regretting your sins. That's impossible given "who gave himself for us to deliver us from ALL lawlessness and to cleanse for himself a people as his own, eager to do what is good" emphasis mine. There are numerous other Bible verses saying that anything can be forgiven if you repent. When the pharisees thought that the Holy Spirit was using the power of the devil Jesus said "Anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit won't be forgiven" and not "You have blasphemed against the Holy Spirit therefore you won't be forgiven" therefore they could be forgiven if they repented.
Like all of us, they cannot. It does not exsist..
