People can do whatever they want to their bodies. I may not always like it, but I would never be against it.

Dilara is right. We shouldn't change how we look unless we're as he said, were in an accident requiring such surgery(ies) to be restored back to normal. Otherwise, we should embrace who we are. Sure, we're not the "perfect race" but who says you have to be perfect? Being you is what matters. No petty stuck up person should have the right to call you unkind things, because deep inside is what matters.
