@miaannf Not quite. Most large organisms have a heart or heart like organ. In insects they have a vessel the helps to circulate 'blood', as well, single celled organisms and small unicellular orgasms don't have hearts. But, if you can see the creature with your bare eyes, it probably has a heart.

I did know that, reptiles may be strange when compared to mammals, but they still share a lot of basic organs. :)
